Who is Hylco Broos?

I am Hylco, originally from Eindhoven in the Netherlands, now rooted in Sweden since 2017. I lead marketing at Ängsbacka Kursgård and I film, write and record on the side, not because I have to but because I genuinely cannot help it. What drives me is simple: contributing to potential. In organisations, in people, and in myself. My partner and my kids keep me honest about what actually counts.

Mind, Market and Motion grew out of seven years of learning in public without a place to put it. The marketing work taught me that good communication starts with something real to say. The camera taught me to slow down and actually look. And Ängsbacka taught me that the inner work and the outer work are never as separate as they seem. This site is where those three threads finally have room to breathe together.
