Mind, Market and Motion is the space where three strands of my life finally share a room. By day I lead marketing at Ängsbacka Kursgård, a place rooted in personal and spiritual development. By evening and weekend I write, record, and film about what I am learning along the way.

The journey so far
2019
Marketing Director from day one
Joined Ängsbacka in January, found my footing, redesigned the website and overhauled communications across all events.
2020
Keeping the lights on through a pandemic
When March brought everything to a halt, I helped Ängsbacka survive by moving our events online and finding new ways to reach our community.
2022
Podcasts from the heart
Developed the Ängsbacka podcast series from scratch, making sure every conversation was captured in both audio and video.
2024
Getting serious behind the lens
Picked up the camera with more focus and intention, educating my media team while reconnecting with a passion I had been carrying for years.

The three strands finally got a shared home. Blog, vlog and podcast under one umbrella.
